Most commands for the weather2 mod (for example killing storms) are available only to OP players on a server.
However, non OP players can still summon storms, tornadoes and wind events in a server no matter their permissions level. There is also no option in the config to enable or disable this. Is it supposed to be like this?
This is happening on the most recent mod version for 1.20.1 (2.8.3 mod version).
