NEI's Mob Spawn Overlay (F7 key) doesn't work with Weather2 installed

When clicking the hot key, it just makes the clouds darker.

I'm using NEI. I tried changing the hotkeys yet it still refuses to work. I'm using this modpack.

Are you using NEI or JEI? You could also just change the hotkeys for it aswell

also on 1.8.9, to fix the clouds being darker than usual, set the brightness to moody
