log spam in the console of a java.lang.NoSuchMethodError

here is my log that has the error
Also happening to me. NeoForge 1.21.1, Weather Storms & Tornadoes 2.8.5.
This is the error that gets logged nonstop. I'm not sure if there was a storm/weather event forming at the time this was happening, but my game also locked up when it started.

Can confirm, this error spams in my logs too (NeoForge 1.21.1 - 21.1.194)
Also experiencing a bit of lag server side whenever storms form, wondering if these issues are related
