looks like the forestry rain tank is not working with weater2 - (the tank isnt filled with water, when it rains )

Most of other mods weather dependend things do not work, because the check only the normal(vanilla) weather.
I think what might help a little, is to activate the overcast mode, as then local weather would only build up rain, when the server would activate vanilla rain.
(But then rain tanks gather water even if you don't have a local rain, but vanilla rain is active)
