I noticed compatibility with versions below and above this on CurseForge, was wondering if the changes between versions is low enough to allow this mod to work on 1.16.5

MCEF would also need to be ported, which by itself is too much of a hassle?

I know this issue is old, but I'm also interested in this, or any alternatives to this if they exist.
