Currently, the "Free Will" skill only enables you to not be forced into a werewolf form at full moon.

However, I would suggest expanding the skill's range to include going into "Human Form", aka "Partial Turn" (#68), with no time limit.

Considerations

Constantly being in a werewolf form, or more precise, this particular werewolf form, doesn't seem too OP to me.

In fact, the only real advantage I can think of is night vision, which only helps you at night, when you can stay in a werewolf form for as long as you like anyways.

Additionally, you also get the disadvantages like not being able to wear armor (unless you've unlocked that skill) and the fur around your screen.

Considering this, I'd say this is nearly something cosmetic that probably many players would enjoy.
