Describe the bug
Sudden screen freeze then crashes my minecraft, usually using villagers recruit or using Watut gui like chating, inventory and such. Frequency is way too many times, usually happens suddenly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Load into the world with the full modpack.

Open GUI menus from mods like Xaero's Minimap, Villager Recruits' position menu, or REI.

Alternatively, rapidly spam a variety of spawn eggs.

Game eventually freezes, then crashes.

latest.log, debug.log or crash report if the other 2 aren't possible

Expected behavior
Expected smoother performance and stability when interacting with mod GUIs or spawning mobs.

I'm also looking to improve FPS in this modpack. I’d appreciate any help identifying resource-heavy or redundant mods that could be removed to boost performance.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7

RAM: 16GB system RAM (8GB allocated to Minecraft)

VRAM: 8GB
