I noticed the repository doesn't have a license file. As such, I'm in a bit of an ambiguous state with if I feel able to contribute. What license would you ascribe to this project, or would you say it's most aptly all-rights-reserved (or the other direction, public domain)?

In the gradle.properties of the mod it is listed as "All Rights Reserved"
