Describe the bug
I'm maintaining my own modpack which is being run on a server and noticed that when setting dontSendItemInfo to true it still shows the items floating in and out of containers for everyone, even though the setting is set for everyone.

To Reproduce
Set dontSendItemInfo to true
Join a server with the mod
Open containers like a Crafting Table or Furnace or Chest etc and put items in and out
Other players and you to some degree can see the items floating around

Expected behavior
Items should not be visibly floating around when the setting is enabled.
