Describe the bug
Falling Leaves does not produce the particle effects the mods main function is for when WATUT is installed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install-
   -forge 47.4.0 for 1.20.1,
   -WATUT-forge-1.20.1-1.2.3,
   -Coroutil-forge-1.20.1- 1.3.7,
   -fallingleaves-1.20.1-2.1.2

2. Open a world

3. spawn/find a tree or leaves

4. no leaves will fall

5(b). remove WATUT
6(b). open world
7(b). falling leave particles are back
