Whisperwoods mobs spawning in the Nether

Describe the bug (Required)
I believe they are missing the overworld tag, so they end up spawning in the appropriate biomes in the nether too

To Reproduce (Required unless not known)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the nether
  2. see how much HG's and Hidebehids spawn

Expected behavior (Required)
To be limited to the overworld

Versions:

  • Forge Version: 36.1.24
  • MC Version: 1.16.5
  • Mod Version: 2.0.1
