Describe the bug (Required)
I loaded up the mod for the first time and the hearts bar, food bar, experience bar and item selection bar did not show up. I typed /gamemode survival and i was already on survival, so it wasn't adventure mode. I also uninstall and reinstalled it a few times and it still didn't show up

Steps to reproduce it
No clue, all i did was install it

Expected behavior (Required)
I expected to see the hearts and food bar

Versions:

• Forge Version: 1.16.5
• MC Version: 1.16.5
• Mod Version: 1.16.5 -2.0.2

Does this still happen without the mod? Also your forge version is incorrect, there are three numbers after 1.16.5

The forge version in specific is: 1.16.5-36.1.62

And everything shows up without the mod.
