boss bar not disappearing

Describe the bug

The boss bar of the Hirschgeist will remain for a while after the ghost has disappeared

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Summon the Hirschgeist or wait for him to spawn
  2. Set the difficulty to peaceful
  3. See error

Expected behavior

The boss war will disappear the moment the boss has been defeated like the Enderdragon.

I'd like to add that the boss bar may also appear when you're nowhere near it. We had it appear seemingly at random on our server while below Y0 in a cave, I'm assuming it spawned in or near our chunk but above in the forest at night. If there is distance calculation, it'd be a good idea to check vertical distance, too.
