[1.18.1] Waterlogged state isn't preserved in the windowlogged block

After right-clicking a waterlogged block with a glass pane, the block is converted to a windowlogged block but the waterlogged state isn't preserved. When removing the glass pane, the waterlogged state come back.
This happens also when waterlogging a windowlogged block, after removing the glass pane, the water disappear from the block.
