you are running a ton of mods. and I thought I run a lot. its running fine for me so I guess there is an incompatibility between other mods you are using.
except the wings mod it says Unknown Source. try to take out some of them (temporarly) do so until it works. then bring them in step by step. that you can find out what it is. its possible that everything is fine until some mods are comming together. I am also using optifine, in the past I had an issue between mods and a shader to make it a little easier, following mods I run on my own with the wings mod and its fine:

• not sure about optiforge, I am running the original optifine aditional to forge not as a forge mod. if it works, great.

if you running into an issue with a new mod try using it alone in a fresh world. if you find out what mod is incompatible. let them know. - I am not from their team I just check this place from time to time. its one of my favorite mods.

The problem comes up from time to time. It helps to load the game without some mod, then you can turn it on again, and everything works fine
