more or less i wanted to be able to put wings on custom npcs, but since 1.16 its now drinkable potions, i cant do that. if you made splash potions, maybe they could appear on humanoid entities like a villager but not a cow or sheep for example. the other thing was porting the 12.2 recipe as its own separate thing over to 1.16 since i did enjoy actually putting on the wings

If you can execute the "/wings" command using the vanilla "/execute as" command you might be able to make them render on different mobs idk though.
