Hello Wings devs.
I recommend that you switch to "recommended" forge compatibility because going to latest almost always ruins modpacks. Latest is very buggy.

However, the current recommended build is 11 months old at this point. I suspect you're trying to add Wings to a preexisting old pack, there are many issues which may come from this, version just being one. Wings and its dependencies require a more recent, improved Forge version operate.
