[Bug]: Snow heads can clip though pumpkins

Bug Description
When a snowman heads rotates, its pumpkin doesnt fully go along with its head leading in this presumal

How to Reproduce?
- Make a snow golem
- Wait for it to rotate
- Notice that sometimes its snow head sticks out
Expected Behavior
Its snow head doesn't stick out
