Ok so this is a rather specific scenario, however I have an ME system setup on a space station from Galacticraft. I can put in and take items from the system, however when I go to autocraft, the terminal just closes. This is only an issue with physical terminals, though. When I try it with the wireless terminal it works perfectly fine. Just a strange little bug, but I'd be interested in a solution.
Edit: I just realized I am playing in minecraft 1.7.10, so this might have been fixed already. But if it wasn't, then my question still stands.
