In different modpacks, one had an infinite range active and could be used in a different dimension. but for the others, the infinite range never activated even after they got infinite energy.

I am playing the HOMIES modpack and I have a beacon level 4 and it says so on my Crafting Terminal but my advanced wireless terminal doesnt work in the nether or end or twilight forest

same problem here, config is set to 1 inifinity booster card per terminal is needed, bus after going about 12 chunks away the terminal opens but none of my stuff shows up, how is it that infinite range is not even a single chunk past my render distance??? the chunk with the rest of the me system is chunkloaded and energy is not an issue
