Can not seem to find a material to repair bewitched robes or leggings on a vanilla anvil.
Tried bewitched cloth, enchanted cloth, wool, string, yarn, golden thread and thaumic thread.

Robes got damaged when a wandering monster hit me while I was reading.

Also would like to know for applying timeless Ivy from Botania.

Bug so old, it fell asleep. You were correct, it didn't have a repair material.
But now it does.
