Killing normal skeletons with either immolation blade causes regular skulls to drop. I assume this is unintended as you state it is meant to replicate the Skullfire sword from Avaritia, which, to my knowledge, is supposed to transform normal skulls into wither skulls. https://youtu.be/gu83lrPCnf4
