The loot tables for wither skeleton and ghast (and wither) will be overwritten, so some drop items (such as ghast tear) will no longer be available.

Will this be fixed?

If you have kubejs installed, then extract minecraft.zip to /minecraft/kubejs/data and the drops should be restored.
