EBWizardry version: 4.3.4
Wizardry Fates version: 1.0.2
Environment: Forge-14.23.5.2854 Server

Issue details: Players are able to cast the spell Fire Breath, regardless of the discipline that the player has been assigned to. This seems to be a specific issue with Fire Breath, however more testing is necessary to verify this.
