New world, can't choose discipline.

I can't choose any discipline from the book of fates, even after making a new world and using the scroll of oblivion.

This is my config file and modpack I'm using.

I'm wondering if it's some sort of compatibility issue with some mod, but I'm not sure.

Could be an incompat but it's a simple feature so I'd assume no. Which Fates version do you have?
