[Investigation / Versioning] Sunset unpopular / old versions of the mod

Determine which versions of the mod to continue offering support for and sunset other versions

Prune any stale old branches
Remove lower-level minor versions (1.11.1, 1.10, etc.) which were never well-supported to begin with
Archive old versions of the files on CurseForge
