Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:
Wolf armor takes damage, unlike horse armor.
Describe your proposed solution:
Could you add an option to not have durability loss on the armor?

Why is this enhancement desirable?
Would allow users to equip armor on a wolf without worrying when it will break.
Additional context
Could work well when crafting wolf armors is disabled.
