Describe the solution you'd like
I want to see a localized standard tooltip when I hover over the "Remove Chest" button on a chested wolf.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The tooltip should be localized
  • The tooltip should explain the purpose of the button
  • The tooltip should render in front of all UI elements
  • The tooltip should match the tooltip shown when I hover over an item
