Describe your proposed feature:

Allow wolves to be equipped with an ender chest.

Why is this enhancement desirable?

This allows players to have access to their ender chests without having to place one if they bring their ender-chested wolf with them.

Additional context

• New interaction w/ the Ender Chest block item
• New data flag for isEnderChestWolf
• New model and / or texture for the ender chest
• New render layer to check for ender chest status
• New config option for enabling or disabling Ender Chests
• New GUI for Ender Chest wolves with 9x3 storage space for ender chests
• Would introduce potential compatibility issues with mods that implement their own versions of ender chests.
