For some reason, this mod in particular cannot be customized by the configs of the mod Universal Enchants. Changing the specific gear available for an enchantment will be completely ignored. All other mods tested that add enchantments do not have this issue. The mod does not have conflicts with Universal Enchants in MC 1.19.2. A fix would be very much appreciated.
