As per the title, when breaking pine shrub logs, the breaking particles are coloured green.

Terrestria by TerraformersMC had a similar issue with its own small logs, that was caused by their small logs using a colour provider for their has_leaves blockstate. The issue is reported here, and they did find a way to fix it that you might be able to model off of.~
