[Enhancement] Wolves are only default if spawned in Modded biomes

Wolves that spawn in modded biomes will automatically use the default minecraft look instead of any specific colour, which is a bit of a shame and can look off when next to vanilla biomes.
Would there be any chance of compatibility with mods such as BetterX & BYG?
