[1.19.x] obscene amount of wolves spawn in superflat

hello! the title sums it up i think.
i am aware this mod is not intended for superflat (i stumbled upon this on complete accident while trying to report an issue for a completely separate mod) but; i figured you would like to know!
i've attached a youtube link, which shows me generating a new superflat world. it should speak for itself. (there is purposely no sound)
