Need to investigate the correct UUID use for the fake player.

I'm not quite sure what the UUID is supposed to be, as I cannot find any history for other mods FakePlayer that have an explanation. However Railcraft is going for a pairing of "[modid]", so I'll follow that for "[Woot]".
