Due to 1.11.2 having a new and old name for a mob, then the Woot name that is used to spawn and generate loot, is different.

eg. woot:Wither:Skeleton is now woot:none:minecraft:wither_skeleton
woot:none:WitherBoss is now woot:none:minecraft:wither

This means that all the tier setup is now invalid.

After the fix for #187 is committed, then the tier information needs to be updated with the new names.
The extra naming checks for specific mobs may no longer be necessary.
