Figured it out. The guide for programmed mob controllers is inconsistent. It has what to do listed in two places, but only one place has the exact recipe.

The docs are a first draft so they can do with a lot of improvement.
Can you tell me a bit more about which pages you had to look at and I'll try to make some changes to make it clearer?
