Any tasks that involves code changes will of course need an appropriate bug raised if it is "involved"

• Check all tooltips
• Add color names to structure tooltips to help with the non-textured versions
• Add some images to the guide
• Fix the horrific structure base texture
• Explain the program/kill mechanic in the manual
• Add manual page for Sponge issues
• Fix JEI Anvil page to show programmed ender shard
• Remove WIP from Anvil page
• Merge in the factory refactor for the layout validation and structure forming
