Add new item that allows different validation actions rather than just the horrible torch way.
Shift-click between

• Tier I
• Tier II
• Tier III
• Tier IV
• Validate importer tanks/chests
• Validate exporter tanks/chests

The last two will indicate if a valid inventory (item or fluid) is present.

Probably try to use shift-click to change modes on the Yah Hammer, rather than introduce another item.
