Since it has been asked for a good few times.

I'm going to add a new item - affectionately called "The Intern" that will build the factory.
You place down the factory heart and it will place all the main blocks for the factory.
Sneaking-click will change the tier that you want to build.
You will be able to use this to upgrade your current factory - I think(?)

In creative mode it will not require any blocks in your inventory.
It will NOT place the importer, exporter, powercell or controller.
