EnderIO registers all skulls plus the Enderman head as itemSkull in the OreDictionary.
Therefore change the recipes if itemSkull is present or if EnderIO is present.

Registered itemSkull with the ore dictionary and added the vanilla skulls only.
This means that if EnderIO is installed it will add the Endermen head to the same OreDictionary name.
