I can't build the Woot farm higher than Tier 1 with the Intern.
The whole time it says "No valid primary controller at (XX,Y)"

WTF there is a Mob controller like the building guide want it.
So Tier 1 is full finished but the structure block won't connect like in the 1.12 version

The factory Intern does not know what kind of mob controller you want to use, so cannot place it. Once you build the factory you have to manually place the controller of your choice on the primary controller base and provide the relevant cell that you want to use.

There must always be a controller on the primary controller base about Tier 1. The secondary controller bases can be empty if not required.
