This is on an SMP server so I can't provide much details to try to reproduce it, but it was previously giving damaged armor pieces and tools with enchantments on them

I have other sources of enchants if I need them to make liquid enchant, but this does seem like a bug.

If it matters, it's a husk controller. Switching to a wither skeleton controller [that had never been used, and I'm the first one on the server to start using Woot] gave an armor piece that was damaged as normal [A mistaken earlier version of this post relied on the heart GUI which does not show durability meters, the actual loot was undamaged from the husk controller but damaged from the wither skeleton controller]

i've come across the same thing - running FTB University, i've had bows and armour from skeletons, and axes from vindicators, both stop giving drops with any enchantments on them. I'm auto-voiding all un-enchanted items so i'm not sure if they're all getting the same damage amount as above, but it definitely looks like a bug.

At some point overnight the wither skeleton loot started doing the same thing
