Add a new config option to allow a list of items to be added that should NEVER be generated from the mob factory. They will still be learned, they just wont appear in the output until the item is removed from the blacklist.

Item will be specified as

mod:name:meta eg. minecraft:sugar:0

This will be GLOBAL. You blacklist an item and it applies to ALL mobs.
Its purpose is to say - I dont want this item being generated by the mob factory.
