GUI Clock fails to display correct server time in some cases

Description
GUI Clock fails to display the correct server time for the server I am playing on (minecraft-asylum.de) half of the time depending on which region I am in. It displays a fixed negative time like "-2:04" instead which never changes. The mod "WorldTime" seems to use a different method of acquiring server time which works in all cases but unfortunately its developement for Fabric has stopped. Please have a look at its sources to improve your mod:
