[Fabric][1.20.1][RandomVillageName] Random Village Name signs not spawning in any villages

Description
I was testing this other issue report I gotten and in testing with Random Village Name, I noticed I do not see the signs it mentions that should spawn in village center even in vanilla villages.
I can see you resolved the linked issue. Would this still be an issue in Random Village Names?
The other report was unrelated. Iirc, I got this issue with random village names alone
