If player left-click on painting with navigation-wand, and has build permission on that location
then painting is destroyed

this is kind of a design issue with minecraft and bukkit events. if there's a painting in the way of their arm swing, we don't get an interact event at all..it might be possible to work around, but it would be hacky.
