According to md_5 it is a WE bug. Spigot is using Guava 17.

the hell, i could have sworn they upgraded to 18...
i know bukkit was originally on 11 before the whole fiasco, but i thought when spigot "took over" per se, they upgraded it to 18. i guess they were on 17 still though.

both forge and worldedit use 18 though, so I guess we will have to downgrade our usage or shade/backport some stuff. i know we did that for worldguard at least.

I can 100% confirm this. //set has totally broke lately. Getting same error.

what server/version are you running? that class is from guava 18, but every server i know of nowadays packages it.

ok I can confirm that the class is missing from spigot's jar...
I cannot confirm why right now. It is most definitely in guava 18. possibly it was added more recently and spigot is using an older version?
