Builds dissapear or get reset

Im having troubles on my Spigot 1.8 Worldedit bukkit 6.1. After i have used it, all buildings recently built get reset back to normal, or all changes made get deleted.

going to need a better description of what's happening, reproduction steps, logs, etc.
