Bukkit adapter mismatch - plugin runs in limited mode on CB 1.9!

It runs poorly... That said, my first attempt at writing a 1.9 adapter isn't perfect either. AFAIK I have everything working except copying item frames, pictures and minecarts...

what runs poorly? also afaik item frames and pictures weren't working before either. idk about minecarts

Item frames were picky... sometimes they worked, sometimes they fell when they were pasted. Same with pics. Minecarts used to work. Now, none of them are copied at all. Also.. See my comment on the PR. I want to learn something here! lol Thanks for pushing through official support for 1.9 so quickly in any case.
