I really don't have enough info on this glitch, however it seems sometimes when i cut and paste a random chunk or two is misplaced...

version Bukkit-Official (6.1.1-SNAPSHOT;3463-219d2da) running on 1.9.2 spigot.

misplaced? like the entire chunk is in the place of a different chunk? are they switched or something, or what happens to the space where the chunk should have been?

I just looked at it again. From what im seeing when pasting it skips a chunk pasting around it. I tried to move a small town about 20 blocks over and this happened. I pasted it, undid it then moved it 20 blocks over and pasted again and found a chunk was unaffected by the last //paste

Ill keep an eye out for it to see if there is any more details that could help you patch this.
